Are you aware that Charles Saunders are one of
the biggest and longest established fish merchants in the South
West? We have been selling fresh and frozen fish for over 100 years.
Our business started as fishmongers in the centre of Bristol many
years ago and we have been
trading from our custom
built premises in
St.
Phillips
for over 20 years.
Fish is still one of the most important sections of our business
and we have knowledgable staff who buy and sell fresh fish all through
the year. We buy our fresh fish from many markets in the UK including
Bideford, Looe and Newlyn, but we also buy fish from countries
all over the world, including Greece, Turkey, Holland, France and
the
Far
East.
We have skilled fish mongers who work through the night preparing
your fish to your individual requirements. We also have holding tanks
and keep live crab and lobster 52 weeks of the year.
Please ask for the fresh fish department when placing your order and
we will give you our daily fish prices and availability.
